Hi everyone,

It’s been an absolute whirlwind month here at TASS!

We’re still buzzing from our recent wins at the MBA awards. The team brought home multiple prestigious awards—an achievement we’re so proud of, especially when we’re up against some of the best in the industry! But the celebrations aren’t over just yet. One of our standout projects has now reached the National awards over in Hobart, where we’re in the running for Best Renovation in its category across the whole country. Fingers crossed for that win!

And the excitement continues: we’re headed into the HIA awards next week with eight nominations! Here’s what we’re up for:

  • Professional Builder of the Year

  • Emerging Builder

  • Best Renovation (600K–900K)

  • Best Renovation (900K–1.5M)

  • Best Townhouse/Villa Development

  • Best Townhouse/Villa of the Year

  • Renovated Bathroom of the Year

  • Renovated Kitchen of the Year

Adding to the recent thrills, Domain reached out for a feature article on designing and building living rooms! It was fantastic sharing insights on upcoming trends with their team, and we’re excited to bring TASS’s take on what’s next in home design to a broader audience. 

At HQ, we recently held a company-wide team meeting. It was great catching up with everyone’s updates! We’ve already completed 1 out of 5 handovers for the month and two new projects are kicking off: one in Balmain with a fantastic architect, and a large-scale design-and-construct project in Marrickville. The corner block location has us particularly excited, and we’re ready to dive into the design phase on this beautiful street. 

Our designers and interiors team have been in full throttle to keep up with demand, working on some of the most exciting projects to date. I can’t wait to share a few sneak peeks with you soon!

Finally, we supported a fantastic cause this month by attending the CEO Dare to Cure charity event organized by the Children’s Cancer Institute, helping raise $1.6M for research. Our team crushed the fitness challenge - check out all the action in our latest Instagram reel.
