2. A meeting on-site

Exploring the site together helps us channel your concepts into reality. We take note of existing conditions, and discuss elements that may impact design and build. Our goal is to connect with your vision, understand the site and make an action plan to start your build.

3. Entering an agreement 

A Preliminary Agreement officially confirms your project, and we gather all necessary documentation and provide a detailed cost analysis for you to work through.

4.  Beginning the design

Our experienced design team bring their innovation and creativity to translate your vision into your dream home. We like to push the boundaries by straying from traditional methods and exploring the use of new technologies to unlock unimaginable possibilities and transform your dream.

5.  An important survey

At this stage, the input of a licensed land surveyor is needed. They create a detailed map of your property that leads to accurate final plans for the build, and ensures the project will comply with council requirements.

6. Collecting property details

Now it’s paperwork time. Sourcing the current extract title, title plan and other required documents means boundaries and other crucial details pertaining to the property and the plans for the build are on point, and available.

7.  Verification with council

Local council may have certain requirements in regards to your property. At this stage we’re checking in to confirm your build takes these into account. For us, knowing all restrictions or previous permits issued is vital.

8.  Talking concept plans

At this point, our team reviews your concept plans or drawings, and works through the possibilities. Most importantly, we’ll keep an eye on your budget so that the design and any changes are financially viable and stay within your budget. 

9.  Let the build begin!

With finalised concept plans, we’re ready to start building your dream home. We keep you up to date at every stage with regular meetings and reporting to keep you fully informed throughout the building process.
